Our job at Carbon Web is to get your site live from start to finish, meaning that we will not leave you with just the files. We are sorry to hear that you are not interested in any of our hosting services, though we are still willing to help make your site go live. There are simply two fees involved; the first one is a standard fee for downloading all of the contents off of our servers, and the second fee involved is based on the amount of time it takes to get your site transferred to the new server.

Note: If you already have another web host with someone who is going to help you make the site go live then you simply only have the transfer fee.
