Step 1. Marketing Trainer will plan an ad based on the information gathered from setup meeting.
Step 2. Marketing Trainer assigns the Marketing Writer a pulse to write the text.
Step 3. Marketing Trainer looks over the text, moves it to completed. Then pushes the ad live when it is time, and moves it to the live group of pulses.
