3.) Contact us via email 24/7 and we will check ourselves and get back ASAP or give us a call during business hours and we will work with you. 

Finally, If there is a server wide error we reach out to everyone who is hosting with us to keep them informed on the situation. 

In all cases your site being down is very rare as we have 99.98% up time however, we take any down time very seriously.
