Step 1. Marketing Trainer notifies themselves with the Linkedin Lead Generator Setup canned form and opens it from their email


Step 2. Marketing Trainer runs through Linkedin Lead Generator Setup form with client and takes extensive notes.



Writing and Targeting for lists


Step 1. Marketing Associate creates LinkedIn searches to encapsulate each of the client's target audience sections


Step 2. Marketing Associate assigns the Marketing Writers the connect and post connect messages


Step 3. Marketing Associate compiles the messages and lists into the campaign.


Step 4. Marketing Trainer runs through Marketing Campaign Review Process.



LinkedIn Automation Board


Step 1. Marketing Associate enters all of the necessary lists with their respective links and leaves an update on every pulse with the messages.


Send Connections (LinkedIn Agent begins sending connections at 6 am EST / 4:30 pm ET)


Step 1. Log into the LinkedIn account they will be sending from


Step 2. Copy and search the link from the Search Link column in the LinkedIn Automation Board on Monday


Step 3. Copy the Connect Message from the update bubble in the list's pulse


Step 4. Go to the page in the search list where you left off


Step 5. Click connect on the first available person, and paste in the message copied earlier


Step 6. Change the name to match the person you are connecting with and send the invitation


Step 7. Repeat Steps 5 and 6 until you have sent 100 connections



Message to Recently Added Connections (LinkedIn Agent begins sending connections at 6:45 am EST / 5:15 pm ET)


Step 1. Navigate to the My Network tab


Step 2. Copy the Message to Connections from the update bubble in the list's pulse


Step 3. Under manage my network select Connections and sort by recently added


Step 4. Click message on the first person, and paste in the message copied earlier


Step 5. Change the name to match the person you are messaging and send the message


Step 6. Repeat Steps 4 and 5 until you hit the person who was at the top of the list the day before


Step 7. Markdown the name of the person who was at the top of the list in an update on the list’s pulse on Monday
