Step 1. Sales Rep sends "Post Development Marketing Sales Message"


Step 2. Sales Rep schedules a call with the client


Step 3. If it has been 2 days with no response Sales Rep calls client.


    a. If they answer, proceed

    b. If they don’t answer leave a voice mail and send "Post Development Marketing Message"


Step 4. Continue this process until the lead responds.

Step 5. Sales Rep has first call with the lead.


        a. Sales Rep learns more about what their goals are for marketing

        b. Sales Rep runs through the marketing services they filled out on studio and suggests any other services that may fit                 their goals.

        c. Sales Rep schedules estimate review call

Step 5. Sales Rep has call with the lead.


      a. Sales Rep learns more about what their goals are for marketing

      b. Sales Rep runs through all of the marketing solutions that fit the client's needs

      c. If they are interested, schedule an estimate review call.


Step 5.1. Sales Rep updates active freshdesk overview and sales board if they become interested




Step 6. Sends client an estimate for the services the client is interested in.


Step 7. Sales rep has an estimate review call at scheduled time. 


        a. Runs through the estimate and explains each item to the client. Listens to what the client has to say about the estimate and addresses any questions or concerns they have.

       b. Describe next steps


Step 8. Sales Rep sends them the initial marketing invoice and sends the contract through Sign Request.


Step 9. Sales Rep sends marketing trainer's Calendly link with Email #3 in the post-studio marketing sales responses.


Step 10. Sales Rep responds to any further client emails directed to the Sales Team. From here the Sales Rep will be waiting until the site is almost complete to reach back out and go over additional services. Sales Team will be notified via monday once it is time.
