Step 1. Development Trainer notifies Sales Rep that the site is ready to go live in FreshDesk

Step 2. Data-management will begin working on getting the site live

Step 3. Sales Rep sends the client payment 3/3 and makes it due in 10 days.

Step 4. Sales Rep sends the data-management contract and sets up the recurring invoice for the clients hosting

Step 5. Sales Rep notifies the data-management team when the data-management contract is signed in Freshdesk and in the Post Studio Sales board

Step 4. Sales proceed with the data-management sales process.
